Consultations
Sefton Council exists to deliver services to the people who
are residents, workers or visitors to the Borough. In delivering
those services Sefton is committed to democratic accountability,
equality and empowerment.
In order to provide those services in that context, the
Council must ensure that it engages with residents, workers and
visitors as fully as possible.
The Council and it's partners have developed a Public
Engagement and Consultation Framework which sets out the
Partnership's objectives with regard to consultation and
engagement and explains how we will speak with and listen to
our communities and involve them in the work we do.
We have introduced a new section of the website, "
Your Sefton Your
Say", where you can find information about public engagement
and consultation across Sefton and across a number of public
organisations.
