Mr Stink - by David Walliams

Southport Theatre at the Waterfront, The Promenade, Southport, PR9 0DZ
The very kind, but lonely 12 year old Chloe, invites ‘Mr Stink’ and his slightly wiffy dog to leave behind the wooden bench they call home and secretly move into her family’s shed. Matters become more complicated when Chloe’s mother, a woman with unfulfilled political ambitions, tries to take credit for Chloe’s generosity. But exactly who is Mr Stink anyway? Join us for a brilliantly staged version of David Walliams’ warm-hearted and funny story from the award-winning Chickenshed Theatre Company in association with Sam Bradshaw Productions, the show played to full houses last summer and comes to Southport Theatre for just 4 performances as part of a tour this summer. Packed with a host of original musical numbers, you’ll laugh, you’ll cry but you might want to hold your nose!
No age restriction

Multi Language Storytime

The sessions are a chance to join together to hear stories in English, Albanian, Arabic and Kurdish. After storytime it is time to sing and play
musical instruments, as we all join together for a few nursery rhymes.
This can get quite noisy, which is fine!!
The sessions are aimed at families with children aged 0-4, but older
siblings are welcome.
The sessions are free and everyone is welcome
No need to book just come along to the library and join in.
