As well as numerous core skills and accredited opportunities for Sefton residents, Sefton Community Learning Service also provide courses that can help you to get the best out of your role in the work place.

1. What courses are currently on offer?

Facilitation Skills
A course for persons involved (or likely to become involved) in work with adult groups. This could include school support staff / Children’s Centre / Local Authority/voluntary sector personnel and parents.

Introduction to Customer Service
The course is for anyone who would like to gain a better understanding of Customer Service. 

2. When does my course take place?

Courses are run throughout the year and information can be found in the Sefton Community Learning Service Prospectus on the main Community learning page. 

3. When do I enrol?

You can enrol by contacting Sefton Community Learning Service.

All courses are offered subject to minumum numbers on the course and you are advised to pre-enrol to secure your place on your chosen course.
