The Atkinson in Southport has announced its Christmas pantomime for 2025 will be Beauty and the Beast. And early bird tickets are available until the end of July.
Timeless tale of love and transformation
Children of all ages are invited to step into a sparkling winter wonderland as the timeless tale of love and transformation unfolds before their eyes.
From the hitmakers behind ‘Sleeping Beauty’ (2024) and ‘Jack & the Beanstalk’ (2023), KD Theatre Productions return to Southport with another spectacular show. It continues The Atkinson’s annual tradition of staging a spectacular festive production throughout December.
And this will be The Atkinson’s most enchanting pantomime yet! Oh, yes it will!

Laughter, song and dance
This charming adventure is packed with laughter, song and dance as the much-loved fairy tale comes to life on stage. When a vain and selfish Prince is cursed to live as a fearsome Beast, his only hope is to find true love before the final rose petal falls.
But who could ever love a Beast? And will Belle be the one to break the curse and save the day?
This sparkling production promises everything you love about The Atkinson pantomime – dazzling costumes, hilarious comedy, live music and a few hairy surprises along the way.
It' a show bursting with personality, charm and panto magic from start to finish. With heart-warming romance, jaw-dropping sets and plenty of audience participation, Beauty and the Beast is the perfect present for the whole family.

Early-bird tickets
Families will be pleased to see a variety of matinee and evening performances available for Beauty and the Beast at The Atkinson, with early-bird tickets on sale until the end of July.
The venue also provides a range of accessible seating that can be booked directly from the Box Office, as well as staging relaxed and captioned performances that ensure everyone feels welcome and comfortable when visiting the theatre

Early Bird Tickets: All tickets £22. Performances Fri 5 – Fri 19 Dec. Available until Thu 31 Jul.
Adult: £26 – £28. Age 16+.
Concessions: £24 – £26. Senior Citizens (Age 60+), students, registered unemployed, and children under 16. Proof of status required.
Family Ticket: £90 – £102. 4 people, minimum of 1 adult.
Groups of 20+: All tickets £22. Performances Fri 5 – Fri 19 Dec, excluding Sat & Sun. Book at Box Office.
