Maximise Your Margins is the title of an InvestSefton for the Borough’s hospitality sector taking place between 2pm and 5pm at Southport’s Waterfront Hotel on Monday 13th January.

Hosted in conjunction with hospitality accountants Evans & Co, Maximise Your Margins has been specifically designed for restaurant, bar, and café owners.

The event It will give owners and managers insights into key strategies to boost profits, including how to engineer winning menus, and training staff to upsell more effectively.

Cllr Paulette Lappin, Sefton Council’s Cabinet Member for Regeneration, Economy and Skills said: “Over the past few years, increases in food and energy prices and rising labour costs have resulted in the hospitality industry facing a perfect storm.
