Sefton Council and Strand Transformation Project Team Celebrate National Award for Social Value Excellence in Bootle Regeneration

Sefton Council is proud to announce that its construction partner for delivery of the Strand project, VINCI Building, has been awarded the prestigious NPEA Social Value Excellence in Action Award for their outstanding contribution to the regeneration of Bootle.

The award recognises the exceptional social value delivered during the early stages of the Strand redevelopment, particularly throughout the demolition phase. Judges praised the strong relationships built with local community groups and key stakeholders, as well as the meaningful impact already achieved across Sefton.
