Did you know that you can use your Sefton Library card to borrow books from other libraries across the Liverpool City Region (Halton, Knowsley, Liverpool, St Helens, Sefton and Wirral).
To renew or reserve your library books online at neighbouring authorities, please contact the library you borrowed the books from, or visit their website.
Library Light will let you:
- borrow up to six books from any neighbouring library (you will need to return those books to the library authorities you borrowed them from)
- reserve up to six books from any library in the Liverpool City Region by contacting them directly
- access library computers and printers in other libraries (charges may apply for printing)
Simply present your library card to library staff in any of the city region libraries, and provide your details to sign up to Library Light. If you are under 16, you’ll need parental or guardian consent.
If you are not currently a library customer, you’ll need to join one library in the Liverpool City Region to access Library Light.
