The Communications Team is responsible for the overall process of planning, creating and producing video content for the organisation.
For accessibility purposes, videos follow a consistent format, which includes of subtitles of yellow wording on black background (white on dark grey is also acceptable) and a branded final shot to promote the Council’s social media channels and web address. The font to use for subtitles is FSME Regular, which is available from the Corporate Communications team.

Please be aware that the production of videos is resource intensive, and the Communications Team require a lead time of at least two weeks if it is agreed that a video is the best way to communicate to its target audience.
