Liaise with social care to develop a system for monitoring attendance for children who have a social worker and improve communication and reporting. We are also in the Early stages of working with the virtual school re: Early Years PEP for children who are looked after.
Support and advise to families who attend the Family Wellbeing Centres is available to parents with children 0-5 years.
