Adults: Support For All
Adult support for all sessions at our Family Hubs provides a space for adults in the borough to receive help and guidance with all aspects of life. Whether you’re looking for parenting tips, housing support or emotional guidance, there are a variety of session run at our hubs to give you the help and guidance you need, as and when you need it. Sessions are open to all adults and are run on a drop-in or appointment basis.

This is a session providing advice and guidance on how to return to work when unemployed. It gives you the tools you need to access workplace courses and offers general support for your return into the workplace.

A help and advice programme for parents who have with children who are anxious about their transition from primary school into high school. The course gives parents and carers the knowledge, skills and understanding to help children develop strong emotional wellbeing through resilience-building techniques.
