Tea & Toast
Join us at our friendly Tea & Toast drop-in sessions for a warm and welcoming space to chat, connect, and share experiences.
Whether you're a teenager, parent or carer, these sessions offer a relaxed environment to talk about the ups and downs of everyday life with others who understand, alongside our supportive staff. Each week, discussions are shaped by you, covering topics that matter most to our community, and all over a cup of tea and some toast. We also link in with our Health and Wellbeing Calendar and work closely with partner organisations to bring you relevant advice and support.
