At Sefton, the Early Years Service supports the workforce to be attachment and trauma aware, helping to create nurturing environments where every child’s individual needs are understood and met. A dedicated pathway of training and support has been developed to respond to the evolving needs of children, families, and early years professionals, embedding lasting change across the sector.
