Family Information Service

The Family Information Service

The Family Information Service (FIS) provides information for Sefton families regarding childcare, fostering and adoption, schools/education and training and sports and recreation. It also has further information about family well-being centres, which provide support for children from 0-19 years old and offer support with parenting, health, employment, education, leisure, relationships and welfare. The Family Information Service also has more information about clubs and activities, such as parent and toddler groups, faith-based groups, groups for disabled children and much more.

The Family Information service also offers support with what to do if you are concerned about a young person, and there are over 300 family support services available in Sefton.
