The Information Service is based in Crosby Library. It offers a comprehensive range of information sources including those for local and family history. The online services include free access to Oxford Dictionaries, Academic Journals for research purposes, and Consumer Information. Genealogy resources include support for family history with Ancestry Library Edition, Find My Past with the 1921 census and the British Newspaper archive.
These services are available via computers located in each library.
