"These have now been completed and the school is safe for children to return with effect from 6th January 2020.
"The council secured temporary accommodation at Maghull High School for the pupils and staff of Lydiate Primary school, and we would like to thank the staff, pupils, parents, carers and governors of Maghull High for their support during this time.
"Lydiate Primary School and Sefton Council will continue to work together, and following detailed surveys, have begun a works programme that will address remaining issues.
