Team around the school is a new initiative being piloted across 5 clusters of schools. The objective is to try a new multi-agency approach to supporting families at the earliest opportunity in a way that empowers families, builds on their strengths and develops resilience.
The team is made up of a number of professionals who will come together to support you – these are made up of an Early Help Worker, Social Worker, School Nurse, Inclusion consultant and a Mental Health Support worker. The team working collaboratively with the school also have access to a huge number of colleagues from supporting teams who they can contact for varied support.
