  • Issue fixed penalty notices and other legal notices for the enforcement of environmental contraventions
  • enable us to carry out our regulatory duties

  • Environmental Protection Act 1990
  • Anti-Social Behaviour Act 2003
  • The Anti- Social Behaviour, Crime & Policing Act 2014
  • Unauthorised Deposit of Waste (fixed penalties) regulations 2016
  • Litter from Vehicles Outside London ( Keepers: Civil Penalties) Regulations 2018

FPN paid – destroy after 60 days from issue

The data you provide may be disclosed to other enforcement agencies for enforcing environmental contraventions or to agents of the Council during the course of debt collection. It may also be disclosed to other departments within the Council or external parties for related enforcement purposes or as required by law.
